Silly Goose Kids was founded in 2011. It’s now owned and operated by two cousins, Rebecca and Ti-Anna, who grew up together. As kids, Ti-Anna always had interest in business and had various hustles that she often dragged Rebecca into. They always dreamed of starting a business together. When the opportunity to own Silly Goose Kids came up, they both thought that it would be an incredibly fun and meaningful opportunity to finally work together, and breathe new life into a store that’s so beloved by the neighbourhood. So in the spring of 2025, they took a leap of faith and became co-owners of Silly Goose Kids. As parents, they are inspired by their children’s interests and play patterns. They choose toys they know they’d love, things that spark joy, creativity, and connection. They also want the store to be a warm, welcoming space, and look forward to hosting lots of family friendly events. They are so thrilled to be able to serve the Danforth community and beyond.

Through her virtual and Toronto-based practice, Melissa offers personalized nutritional counselling and wellness programs in both one-on-one and group settings. Her goal is to guide clients toward uncovering the root causes of their health concerns, improving overall well-being, and achieving their unique health goals with confidence and clarity.

Melissa has completed continuing education certifications in Digestive Health, Clinical Detoxification, Blood Lab Analysis, and Functional Testing. She specializes in digestive health, stress management, and detoxification, and has helped hundreds of individuals with food allergies and sensitivities, fitness nutrition, pre and postpartum wellness, weight loss, meal planning, elevated cholesterol, and much more.

She runs her signature programs, including the 7-Day Holistic Cleanse and 16-week Digestive Health Program, which incorporate functional testing and a root-cause approach.
