Rosa Kim

Piano

Rosa Kim is a Korean-Canadian music teacher and composer with ten years of experience teaching piano to students of all ages. She graduated from the University of Toronto's Faculty of Music in 2015 with a Bachelor degree in Music Education, and is currently completing her Master of Teaching degree at the Ontario Institute of Studies in Education (OISE). Her teaching philosophy centres student-directed learning, differentiated instruction, and above all fun! She strives to empower students and ensures that piano playing is a joyful and meaningful practice. Besides piano, Rosa regularly performs as a singer-songwriter and guitarist. In her free time, Rosa enjoys busking, composing soundtracks, and taking beginner hip-hop classes with her friends.
